This is a place to celebrate food! SITK is a 1,600 square foot culinary teaching space used for team building and similar events featuring haute cuisine cooking. The design borrows from culinary schools, high end dining, and commercial kitchen design. The décor is both durable and beautiful: Soap Stone Counters, Slate Feature Walls, and Bamboo Cabinets. Instruction and ambiance are enhanced by a closed circuit television system and a wall of six large, plasma screen televisions.
