We guided the Back Bay location of this exclusive chain of furniture stores through multiple municipal and state regulatory hurdles. Fishbrook coordinated the design team, mediating between the owner’s needs, the existing site conditions of the historic “Pledge of Allegiance Building,” and the corporate design expectations, all while navigating the store being open through the expansion. The result is a crisp, modern store that is a sales leader and example to other franchisees.
